Sometimes jobsite failures are not as straight forward as they should be and often result in building owners, end users, installers and manufacturers getting tangled in financial responsibilities and liabilities that otherwise are not their fault.
Product failures can occur as a result of abuse, poor specification, poor manufacturing, poor installation, poor maintenance, or simply poor protection of finished work when other trades cause damage to the surface on an active job site. Because there are so many parties and variables involved in a failure, a site visit from a third party inspector is sometimes inevitable, and more likely than not it is desirable to help mitigate the responsibilities of the parties involved.
As a third party, Riata Group brings tremendous value by providing unbiased, scientific and industry standards driven reporting to the claim process. We provide a number of services from reporting, to testing, to simply being boots on the ground providing an expert opinion on current standards. We provide both local inspections in almost every city and state across the continental US. Where we are unable to reach a jobsite through local service providers, we have a national manager that can travel to almost any destination. Day rates, travel expenses and administrative fees apply and are listed in the FEE SCHEDULE. Special circumstances may warrant additional fees, however these will be discussed and agreed to by both parties prior to the start of any work.
There are no hidden fees or upcharges once work begins.
